Installation – Installation is carried out by technicians certified by the manufacturers. The price depends on the length of the stairs, the height of the steps, and the location of the residence.

Delivery and Installation Times – Stairlifts with straight rail: installation in 2 to 4 days; assembly in approximately 1 business day – Custom-made stairlifts: installation in 30 to 45 days; assembly up to 2 days – Modular stairlifts: installation in 7 to 10 days; assembly up to 2 days.

Maintenance – Annual preventative maintenance is recommended to ensure the equipment operates correctly.

Warranty and Technical Assistance – Equipment comes with a 3-year warranty, applicable to manufacturing defects. This excludes fast-wearing parts, such as batteries. Assistance is available both within and outside the warranty period.
