A Loja do Avô stores offer more than 5000 product references for purchase. Our website features a small selection of our most popular products. However, you can always contact us to request what you are looking for.

Are the products you sell reliable?

The products sold by A Loja do Avô stores have been carefully selected internationally.

Their manufacturers, credible and accredited companies for producing them, provide all guarantees regarding manufacturing defects.

I bought a product and when I tried it, I realised it didn't fully meet my needs. Can I return it?

In the event of a product return, A Loja do Avô will refund the full value of the product when it is presented with the corresponding invoice in its original packaging, deducting the transport costs inherent in its return. We do not accept returns of hygiene products.

Can I include invoices for purchased products or services in my tax return?

This applies to both products and home support services. In the case of products, a medical prescription is required.

LOJA DO AVÔ provides all types of assistance to independent or dependent people, permanently or temporarily. We meet the wishes of your family members, which ultimately end up being your own as well.

Our home care services are completely flexible. They are provided 365 days a year, from 1 hour to 24 hours a day, with everything most important within everyone's reach.We have specific solutions for each family, and for each of their needs.

We provide free assessment and presentation of individual plans tailored to each need.

What is the cost of home support services?

We have specific solutions for each family and each of their needs. The cost of the service depends on several factors, namely the type of service, its frequency, and the hourly cost of our professionals, which varies according to their training and professional experience. In other words, the hourly cost of a Doctor is necessarily different from the hourly cost of a Family Assistant or a Physiotherapist. Therefore, we always provide a free assessment and presentation of individual plans tailored to each need. After the assessment, the proposal is delivered within 24 hours.

We currently provide all types of home support services in the Greater Lisbon region.
