1. To place an order, the Customer must:

1. Loja do Avô offers the Customer the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer - PayPal - Multibanco - MB Way - Visa
a) Bank transfer (in this case, the customer must send a copy of the bank transfer to the email: geral@alojadoavo.pt with the order number indicated.)
2. The payment to be made by the Customer will consist of the value of the ordered products, plus shipping costs, when applicable.
3. Ordered products will only be dispatched after receipt of payment and successful collection thereof.
4. Loja do Avô will make every effort to ensure maximum confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet.
Product prices should be understood in Euros. Prices include VAT at the legal rate in force (6% or 23% depending on the product).
1. Any product purchased on the website www.alojadoavo.pt, except hygiene products (.10), can be exchanged or refunded, provided that the Customer returns it within a maximum of 15 days, and for this purpose, should contact Loja do Avô's services: geral@alojadoavo.pt
2. The return process is simple, varying in terms of timeframe depending on the product's origin, so the Customer should always contact Loja do Avô beforehand.
3. Loja do Avô does not accept any return sent with shipping costs to be paid or cash on delivery.
4. Loja do Avô undertakes to refund the Customer within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the return by check or bank transfer to an account to be indicated by the Customer.
5. Returned products must be in perfect saleable and usable condition, i.e., in the same state in which they reached the Customer.
6. If the value resulting from the exchange of products from an order is higher than the initial value of the same, the Customer will have to bear the difference, using one of the payment methods referred to in the Payment section for this purpose.
7. If the value resulting from the exchange of products from an order is lower than the initial value of the same, or in case of return, the customer may request a refund of this amount by bank transfer to the account to be indicated.
8. Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.
9. Shipping and banking costs associated with product returns will be borne exclusively by the customer.
10. IMPORTANT NOTE: The following products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or have been sent incorrectly.

Products purchased on the website www.alojadoavo.pt have a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
