Nutilis Powder is a flavourless food thickener indicated for people with dysphagia or swallowing difficulties. It thickens liquids and pureed foods, such as water, juices, teas, milk, coffee, soups, purees, and nutritional supplements, ensuring safer swallowing.
Easy to prepare: add the recommended dose, mix well, and let it stand until the desired consistency is achieved. It resists the action of salivary amylase, maintaining its texture in the mouth and preventing the risk of aspiration into the airways. It can be used in hot or cold liquids, and thickened foods can be heated, refrigerated, or frozen. Gluten- and lactose-free, it includes a 4g measuring spoon.
