Adjustable – Height adjustment is done via buckles, allowing for various positions.
How to put on the arm sling
– Bend the injured arm at the elbow and bring it close to the waist, forming a 90-degree angle
– Insert the arm into the sling, with the elbow in the closed side and the hand in the open side
– Place the thumb in the loop provided for this purpose
– Pass the strap behind the neck and over the clavicle opposite to the injured arm
– Close the buckle and confirm that it is well adjusted
– Adjust the length of the strap to keep the elbow at 90 degrees of flexion
– Position the shoulder pad over the clavicle for greater comfort
Note: If you do not have help from others, it may be more comfortable to put on the support while sitting, resting the injured arm on a table.
