Polaris – The SPC POLARIS was designed to facilitate the use of a mobile phone by elderly people, with a simple menu, large icons, large and separate keys and a cover that protects the keypad. It includes a dual screen, direct memories for three contacts, direct access to the camera and a central panel with arrows and a confirmation key that guide navigation in a clear and intuitive way.

It has two screens:
– Large resolution internal screen (240x320 px) with 2.8", where you can view calls, messages, battery, contacts
– Smaller external screen, with 1.4", for caller identification before answering

SPC Care APP– Compatible with the SPC Care APP. An application that allows you to care from a distance and stay present in a family member's daily life. It helps to monitor, support and adjust the phone in a simple way, even when you can't be nearby.

With SPC Care, you can remotely manage the main adjustments of Polaris. The application also allows you to track the location via GPS and receive security notifications, such as no phone usage for an extended period, low battery or SOS button activation.
It is also possible to schedule reminders for medical appointments or taking medication.

SPC Care helps simplify daily support, avoiding constant calls for minor settings. It allows you to monitor several family members and share this responsibility, promoting greater peace of mind, security and confidence for everyone.

Direct memory keys– three direct memory buttons. Just press it and the call is made without opening the phone book

How it works:
– Press the SOS button for 5 seconds
– SOS messages are sent to the 5 programmed contacts
– The mobile phone calls the 5 contacts, in the defined order, until someone answers, performing 3 rounds (15 calls)

Hearing and vision– Designed for people with hearing or visual difficulties, it allows clearer calls thanks to M3/T3 compatibility, facilitating use with hearing aids. The ringtone volume can reach high levels, helping not to miss important calls.

Includes voice-guided dialling, which indicates the number pressed before the call is made, allowing you to confirm the dialling. For more intuitive use, it is possible to configure answering and ending calls by opening or closing the phone's flap.
